provide access to PCs and digital services for the people and new businesses in the community. Provide a resource for students that do not own Personal Computers. The activity is scheduled to launch in Winter 2009 – 2010 at a site to be determined. Technicians will be trained from members of the community to staff this operation.

Fee schedules, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities are negotiated prior to the start of a project. We offer a variety of billing options to give you the flexibility you need based on to the unique nature of your organization and each project. The fees may contain one or a combination of the following structures:

• Hourly Billing — Allows you to pay for services on a billable hour basis. Recommended for tasks/projects that are short duration or when assisting in-house staff.

• Fixed Rate Billing — Allows you to pay for services on a fixed cost basis. Recommended for tasks/projects that expected to require a longer duration and that are more complex.

help organizations and individuals apply for exempt status, develop programs, set up monitoring and reporting, apply for grants, and raise funds for the organization. Services are currently supported by existing staff; one goal of the program is to train interns to provide the services as a career path to nonprofit executive and management positions.
